About Us

Industry experience meets cultural understanding

Christel has many years of experience as a senior leader and shareholder in a Dutch SME in the metal industry. She also has experience building and growing a start-up.

She understands the day-to-day reality of running a technical SME: finding skilled professionals, maintaining quality and ensuring continuity on the shop floor.

Mehmet studied at university in Istanbul and has lived and worked in the Netherlands for more than 20 years.

He understands Turkish culture and knows from personal experience what it means to adapt to Dutch working life, communication and everyday life.

Together, Christel and Mehmet combine:

A practical and personal approach

Our Approach

We do not select welders based on CVs and certificates alone.

We assess their experience, verify qualifications and test practical welding skills. Where required, candidates complete a welding test and their qualifications are re-certified in the Netherlands.

We communicate clearly and remain involved throughout the process.
