Selection

We select candidates based on relevant work experience, technical skills, motivation and reliability.

Welding skills assessment

We do not rely on CVs and certificates alone. We assess work experience and practical welding skills and, where required, arrange a practical welding test.

Certification

We verify existing welding qualifications and arrange testing or re-certification in the Netherlands where required.

Documentation

Together with specialised Dutch partners, we support the process around immigration, work permits and employment documentation.

Arrival & housing

We coordinate practical matters such as housing, arrival, transport and onboarding.

Support

We remain involved after placement and provide one point of contact for both the employer and the professional.
